To create loyal followers for your brand, you should first
know what is branding: “Branding is the process of forming memories, emotions
and a relationship around your brand in the consumers’ brain. To create
followers like those of “Harley Davidson” for example you can follow some
strategies: brand your customers as they were a part of your tribe that you
have created with the core idea of your brand, send your most active customers
care packages to appreciate them, connect offline (by phone for ex.) with your
customers, and personalize.
